Our Stores
Boot Solutions has three shop locations in Japan; Niseko Hirafu and Niseko Village in Hokkaido, and Hakuba in Nagano. Here are some details on how to get to each of our locations.
Niseko Hirafu Store
Opening dates and hours for the 2024/2025 season:
We will be open seven days a week from the 30th November 2024, from 8am-8pm.
From December 14th 2024 our opening hours will be extended, to 8am-9pm, seven days a week, right up until the 23rd of March when we reduce our opening hours to 8am-6pm.
Our closing date is yet to be confirmed, however we will at the minimum be open until the 31st March 2024, when the Grand Hirafu closes for the season.
New for 2024/2025 season: now located in the Suiboku Building.
Our centrally located Niseko Hirafu store has moved for the 2024/2025 season, and is bigger and better than ever. To find us simply walk 250 metres up the hill from the main traffic lights (near Seicomart), and you will see us on the left, in the same building as Niseko Wow.

Hirafu Village Grand Shuttle Bus: If you are staying in Hirafu, free shuttle buses run throughout Hirafu every 15 minutes all day every day until the end of night skiing. Get off at stop 7 (the Firehouse), which is outside Rhythm Japan. Here is the shuttle bus map.
Niseko United Shuttle Service: If you are staying outside of Grand Hirafu, there is the Niseko United shuttle service running every 20 minutes that connects with Niseko Town, Niseko Village, Grand Hirafu and Kutchan. There is a shuttle stop outside Rhythm Japan, which is just a few hundred metres down the road from us.
Niseko Village Store
Opening dates and hours for the 2024/2025 season:

From December 14th 2024 our opening hours will be extended, to 8am-8pm, seven days a week, right up until the 23rd of March when we reduce our opening hours to 8am-6pm.

Our new Niseko Village Store is located inside Village Sports at ‘Niseko-Yo’ which is a small shopping precinct located next to the Hilton Hotel. Conveniently located for guests staying at the Hilton, Green Leaf and Kasara Hotels, and also providing ski-in/ski-out access for all guests skiing at Niseko United resorts.
Our Niseko Village store is located within Village Sports
From the Hilton: Take the exit for the Niseko Gondola, turn left and walk up the wooden stairs and we are the first shop on the right. You can’t miss us. (2minutes)
From The Green Leaf / Kasara: Take the Village Express down towards the beginners area. Walk up past the beginners area to the shops and dining area. (5 minutes)
All other accommodation: Please ask your accommodation concierge, if you are still unsure how to find us.

Hakuba
Opening dates and hours for the 2024/2025 season
We will open for business from December 7th 2024, with our hours being 8am-6pm.
From December the 21st 2024 until March 9th 2025, our hours will be 8am-7pm.
From March 10th until March 31st, our hours will be 8am-7pm.
Since the 2022-2023 season, we have been operating out of our stand-alone store in central Happo Village, Hakuba. For returning customers this is different to when we used to operate out of the Rhythm Japan store, you will no longer find us there.
Our new location is in convenient walking distance from the Happo Bus Terminal. From the bus terminal, head right towards the ski hill, take the first left then the first right and our new store is on your right, downstairs from Izakaya Asuka.
