Boot Solutions is owned and operated by experienced Foot & Ankle Surgeon Dr Ned Buckley. Through a unique combination of medical, biomechanical and technical knowledge, Ned and his team of qualified bootfitters are able to offer clients an unrivalled boot fitting experience.

We offer an extensive range of ski and snowboard boots, with over 120 different models from 11 leading brands. We also have a fantastic selection of quality European winter footwear.

Our store at Hilton Niseko Village also offers premium ski and snowboard rentals and retail.

How our Appointments Work

While we do accept walk ins, we highly recommend making an appointment so that you can secure a time slot of your choice and avoid waiting during our busy periods. Appointments typically last around 1 hour 30 minutes for a new boot fit and 45 minutes-1 hour for custom footbeds or boot modifications.

If you book a new boot fit, 9 times out of 10 your new boots and custom footbeds will be ready to take away at the end of your appointment. In rare cases we may need to keep your boots overnight to make more significant modifications, in which case your boots will be ready to pick up on opening the following morning.

With boot modifications, particularly appointments booked in the busy afternoon/evening period, we will likely ask that you leave the boots with us overnight so we can take our time making the necessary alterations, and have your boots ready to go for first lifts the next day!
