Suited for: A skier who is looking for the additional comfort and performance that custom footbeds/orthotics can provide, and the peace of mind that comes with a full fit guarantee.

Time:  1 hr - 1.5 hrs

What to expect: Your boots will be fit by one of our highly trained boot fitters, who will conduct a basic biomechanical assessment and will spend time with you to understand your skiing ability, physical condition, and your skiing aspirations. Based on this information, your technician will then present you with two to three of the most appropriate boots for you to try on and will talk you through your options. Once you’ve selected your boot, your technician will perform a basic liner mould to help shape it to the contours of your ankle and calf.  They will then use a moulding machine to craft you a pair of custom footbeds. As part of our Full Fit Guarantee, any other boot modifications required, either at the initial sitting or up to two seasons (the current season and the next), are included in the price.

Our Custom bootfitting service can be performed on a walk-in basis, however if you wish to make an appointment, you are welcome to do so.
